We are always looking for experienced technical sales and service minded individuals to join the team in key sales, service and business operations functions.
A Lot About You
For this role, we are looking for Senior Manager of Publisher Account Management to lead the Americas customer success charter of the account management function.
• Leader. Management experience is a given. Must demonstrate success in leading teams and delivering outcomes.
• Builder. A lot of what we do is new or fixing the broken. You can build and innovate a solution for the problem.
• Communicator. Strong communicator on paper and in person. Can you simplify and collaborate?
• Expert. Mastery of the subject matter through a willingness to learn is vital.
• Results. You have a record of achievement, and will to win against odds, and to put in extra effort.
Your Day
• Internal. You need to set the strategy and agenda for the team. The day is unstructured, and you need to make the most of it with your team and peers within the business. Align the team against revenue, process and product deliverables. Hire, train, career path, terminate.
• Cross-Functional. There's significant engagement with peer teams in Product and Operations. Collaborate with others to define product priorities and execute on cross-org initiatives. Form a strong POV and be a good team player.
• External. Be consultative and revenue focused. Meet with customers to understand their needs and to help them win. Always be closing.
You Must Have
• BS/BA. MBA from top program.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Direct sales experience selling to publishers or advertisers.
• Led a team with aspects of revenue delivery, consultative service and technical operations.
• Management or operations consulting experience.
