The Account Supervisor directs and executes program activity. This position functions as the primary point-of-contact between MXM and the client program manager at FCA Service and Parts Division (Mopar)
The Account Supervisor supports the Management Supervisor in the development and implementation of the CRM strategic plan. Internal and external customer service is a key focus of this position. This position will be the conduit for continuous communication between creative, production, database and analytic teams at MXM and client stakeholders.
The Account Supervisor will be primarily responsible for overseeing and executing MXM’s direct marketing (CRM) assignment for Mopar that includes the execution of highly dynamic, data driven direct mail and email campaigns. The Account Supervisor will also be responsible for program implementation on a day-to-day basis ensuring high quality implementation and execution by MXM that meet or exceed client objectives. On a strategic level this individual will support the Management Supervisor by reviewing program results and identifying and implementing changes to program’s components to increase the effectiveness and improve results.
The position is involved in helping to retain and grow business on the Mopar Account. The Account Supervisor will work closely with the Management Supervisor to ensure all aspects of client’s marketing objectives are being met.
Strategy Development - Work with the Management Supervisor to develop and continually evolve Mopar’s CRM strategy to ensure objectives and cost effective benefits are achieved for the client. Develop and implement test plans to facilitate continuous improvement and effectiveness of the CRM solution.
Execution of Direct Marketing Programs - Execute and manage various programs associated with Mopar’s CRM strategy from concept development through deliver. Manage projects and coordinate/direct appropriate internal and external resources to deliver all aspects of the marketing program. Assume account management responsibility including day-to-day contact, answering questions and communicating information between the client, other MXM departments/partners as well as other agencies (website agency, interactive agency, etc). Manage all client interactions and meetings with MXM.
Retention, Growth and Profitability - Build strong relationships with client contacts to improve account retention. Continually explore new ideas that will enhance Integrated Marketing’s profitability of the Mopar relationship.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Six to eight years related work experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Previous client relationship marketing (CRM) experience required.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
Must have the ability to manage and direct resources (MXM and others), while managing a budget and timeline.
Must have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Must be able to work effectively and confidently across departments and at all management levels (internally and externally.) Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
