We have an opening for a Sales Representative within our Higher Education business in our Thailand office. Does this sound like you?
Reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will manage a portfolio of customer opportunities within McGraw-Hill Education’s Higher Education business in Thailand. The Sales Representative will focus on retaining existing business and winning new adoptions to grow McGraw-Hill Education’s market share and revenue for both print and digital products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deliver on assigned targets which includes daily sales calls activity, financial targets for print and digital products, number of adoptions retained, new adoptions reported, closing rate of opportunities and proactively seeking orders from booksellers and influencing buying decisions
• Maximize sales of McGraw-Hill Education’s products and services in the Higher Education market in Thailand
• Liaise with key stakeholders in the universities and institutions within the Higher Education market to identify new business opportunities and grow McGraw-Hill Education’s market share
• Partner closely with bookshops to maximize sell-in and top-ups of titles and minimize returns
• Maintain accuracy in company records such as ensuring all calls have been logged correctly in SalesForce.com, opportunities have been tracked correctly and customers’ details are accurately captured
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree and/or minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development
• Candidates with prior experience in selling solutions in a digital environment (software sales, IT sales, etc) also encouraged to apply
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables at any one time
• Solid analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a matrix structure
• Strong oral and written communication skills
