Yahoo! is looking for a strategic, imaginative and results-oriented marketer to join its CRM team. You will be responsible for developing CRM campaigns to drive user engagement in Yahoo Mail and other Yahoo communication products. The objectives would be to develop action-based trigger and marketing messages that drive changes in user behavior.
We want someone with a proven track record in the email, CRM and Marketing Automation fields to create orchestrated, cross-channel programs which reach users across multiple devices to drive mobile app acquisition and drive engagement.

You will be responsible for strategic decision making and the successful management of a reimagined CRM program for Communication products at Yahoo. A cross-functional leader that engages product marketing, creative, and marketing technology teams to deliver smart programs that align with our new programmatic, audience-led strategy for CRM at Yahoo.
Responsibilities
• Create and execute strategic programmatic user-led CRM programs that drive migration in audience behavioral segments
• Leverage research, insights and campaign results to prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews to marketing and product teams
• Develop and execute multivariate testing plans
• Manage the operationalization of new features such as personalization, dynamic content, targeting and triggers
• Define objectives and success criteria for each Comms CRM program and be able to measure results to assess effectiveness of driving user engagement
• Partner with the campaign management and marketing technology teams for execution of programs
• Keep track of and share industry insights on the media/publishing landscape to help drive more informed decisions and ignite new strategies and ideas.
Requirements
• 5-10 years experience CRM and email marketing industry
• Experience with consumer/audience based email communications and development of Lifecycle Marketing programs
• Working knowledge of and experience with third party email service providers and marketing automation platforms
• Candidate must demonstrate technical acumen to resolve data issues to expedite and facilitate campaign delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a significant, constantly changing workload, and adhere to tight deadlines
• Must possess superior organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Creative, positive energy, self-directed, amiable attitude, and composed under pressure
• Proficiency in HTML, Photoshop, Dream Weaver, Microsoft office
• Ability to drive projects through to completion and get things done
• Sense of humor
• BA/BS degree
