Netflix is looking for a Recruiter to join our unique and talented Recruiting team. We have set up an in-house head-hunting team that drives all corporate staffing needs. We need a talent acquisition expert who understands the end-to-end process of hiring talented individuals and knows how to act as a strategic partner to groups across the business. For Netflix, talent acquisition is a priority, so we need someone who understands the importance of hiring the best and has the passion and desire to make an impact.
You’ll partner with teams who analyze and choose what content we should acquire, negotiate these deals, and set the strategy for our slate of shows and films, to name a few. Help us build the future of content at Netflix!
In this role, you will:
• Source the best candidates and then interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates for assigned roles
• Engage key staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of your business group
• Own the strategy to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited talent pools, including driving a business plan, building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing
• Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and/or long term opportunities
• Ensure that candidates understand and embrace our unique Freedom & Responsibility culture
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the top Netflix competitors and the industry
• Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent

• Experienced, with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in staffing or a related field
