Executive Assistant, Unscripted Content
Overview and Responsibilities
Nickelodeon is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President, Unscripted Content. This division oversees unscripted content across all platforms, Live Action Events and Specials. Position allows an opportunity to observe the creative process from pitch, development, production, post production and launch of new series.
• Manage the day-to-day schedule & calendar of EVP
• Manage, organize and track all development materials and timelines
• Manage notes and feedback process for all development and unscripted projects
• Print any required documents for meetings and assist with all tech needs (ie. video conference, presentations, and take notes when needed)
• Answer all incoming telephone calls: screening, prioritizing and relaying messages to EVP and other team members
• Organize and book business travel
• Prepare, submit, and file T&E reports
• Troubleshoot all technical difficulties (i.e. printer, computer, telephone, iPhone, & iPad)
• Maintain confidentiality of documents, plans, information and situations
• Work efficiently & effectively with support departments (i.e. travel management, facilities, and technology help desk to fulfill job responsibilities) and all Viacom corporate divisions.
• Liaise with department heads for Animation, Live Action Scripted and their offices
Basic Qualifications
• 1 +years’ experience, working in a fast-paced, high-volume professional office environment
• Must have strong writing and excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines
• Must be detailed-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Efficient MS Office skills (Microsoft Outlook email & calendaring, Excel, PowerPoint)
Additional Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
