Description
1. Oversee campaign management team. This includes verifying accuracy of programs and list “pulls” through personal observation and use of reporting to identify potential discrepancies.
2. Create and implement corporate promotions.
3. Development of promotional matrices and expense projection for corporate programs.
4. Works with advertising and creative teams to develop collateral for all relationship marketing programs
5. Assist with the Development and maintenance of the Station Casinos loyalty program (Boarding Pass Program) including implementation of new features
6. Liaise with property Marketing Directors, providing guidance and recommendations to improve promotional activity, increase loyalty, and reduce expense.
7. Work heavily with IT to ensure success with all Marketing Programs.
8. Collaborate with Marketing Analysis team on program evaluation and enhancement. Discuss merits of various programs and help devise methods of evaluation.
9. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “Beyond the Best” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’ Championship Service Standards at all times.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing in the casino industry
2. Ability to supervise a team of business professionals in a fast-paced environment
3. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
4. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Sciences
