Position Overview

In this role, you will be closely working with the product owner of customer success Engineering team for Autodesk and key customer success business stakeholders, driving post-sale account management and customer relationship development. You will provide valuable contribution as a bridge between the Engineering teams & Business stakeholders. You should be able to utilize your time by testing key features & functionality before they are production ready. This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence our customers, and Autodesk’s future success.
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment, including at least 3 years of Business System Analyst or comparable experience, supporting medium to large-size projects.
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) required.
• Exposure to SFDC or other SaaS applications
• Must have Presentation & Documentation skills
• Eager to learn and enthusiastic about growing in the role
Preferred Qualifications
• Must have thorough knowledge of SFDC and should be well versed in configuration, customization and Integration
• Must be able to work closely with the Engineering team & the business stakeholders.
• Must be able to test & catch bugs before the functionality is released in production.
• Must be able to assist with troubleshooting production issues.
• Experience with QA Automation is a plus.
• Must be willing to do functional documentation.
• Must have Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Must have knowledge of databases and should be able to write basic queries.
• Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently as appropriate.
• Must have Creative & Critical Thinking.
• Must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
