Egencia - the business travel arm of Expedia Group – is searching for exceptional marketing talent to join our Global Campaigns team. This Director will plan and deliver co-marketing, sponsorship and channel go-to-market programs. This leader is a key contributor to the Global Marketing team, working collaboratively to build revenue generating programs.
This B2B marketing authority will lead cross functional teams to craft and land strategic go-to-market programs in partnership with supply, product marketing and digital marketing teams. You will orchestrate joint go-to-market campaigns across key prospect and client marketing engines to build sales pipeline and drive client revenue and supplier revenue.
We are looking for a talented channel or partner program leader who has a real passion for marketing, has demonstrated go-to-market success in enterprise environments, is intellectually curious, is willing to experiment and take risks, uses data to drive decisions, and has strong experience executing with distributed teams around the world.
What You Will Do:
• Build a scalable supplier co-marketing engine and a channel marketing framework
• Develop the strategy, execution plan and process to harness supplier co-marketing as a force multiplier for both demand and customer marketing goals
• Collaborate with field marketing partners globally to bring supplier value into their campaigns and collaborate with customer marketing to infuse ecosystem campaigns into the customer journey that increase adoption and attach
• Build and run programs to communicate the value of collaborating with Egencia to supply partners across the globe. Collaborate with the product marketing team to articulate the Egencia value proposition to suppliers via scalable channels and programs
• Recruit suppliers to channel programs based on business goals, capture supplier referral revenue. Create and operate a scalable program for Advantage and expense partners to launch their products into our customer base and drive adoption. Create digital programs to effectively capture the value and revenue of these relationships
What You Bring:
• You're a well-rounded B2B marketing leader. You have 8+years experience building and running channel development, co-marketing and supplier-facing marketing campaigns and programs
• You are a demonstrated leader. You are comfortable with ambiguity and creating and building programs from the ground up. You are an authority in channel program frameworks and tools
• You've delivered global marketing campaigns that bring positive impact in multiple markets using a breadth of marketing disciplines especially channel and digital marketing
• You are curious with a creative point of view. You possess a growth and learning mind-set and an ability to adapt quickly to change. You are courageous and agile
• You are comfortable with establishing and communicating marketing performance indicators and metrics. You display rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality
• You are a relentless problem solver. A data-led decision-maker, you are an expert at distilling complex, analytically dense information into clear insights and decisions. You are skilled in finding new ways to improve strategies and processes
• You inspire others with a positive attitude and empathy toward the needs of colleagues
