WeWork is hiring a
Director, Global Marketing Data and Segmentationto support our marketing, sales, and growth teams. This critical role will lead a team of 2 data specialists and collaborate across marketing, sales, and technology teams to deliver capabilities enabling marketing segmentation, activation, and analytics.

Responsibilities:
• Own the technical and functional design for strategic marketing data capabilities
• Manage a team of data, QA, and BI specialists
• Responsible for administering and maintaining our CDP to achieve a single view of our customer enabling segmentation and activation across channels
• Consults with internal marketing stakeholders on what audiences can be built in support of their marketing efforts and delivers segments to drive marketing results
• Serve as the product owner for our marketing analytics database collaborating with marketing insights and data engineering to build, maintain, and advance our cloud reporting database
• Gather, document, and communicate requirements to data engineering teams to ingest additional marketing data sources into our marketing data models
• Serve as the expert on WeWork marketing data for internal and external (e.g. agency) stakeholders
• Define and manage important new internal and external data sources
• Develop frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality
• Identify and advocate for internal data alignment needs
• Create and maintain an internal data center of excellence support structure to allow for global scaled marketing execution.
• Owns enrichment, augmentation, and third party data strategies for marketing
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience with large data sets and a minimum of 2 years of strategic marketing database experience, B2B preferred
• Experience with data management, marketing analytics, and technology
• Solid understanding of data processing and data processing tools (i.e. ETL)
• Experience building and designing databases for marketing use from architecture through testing and deployment
• -A solid understanding of CRM and CDP operational best practices
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
• Prior experience with marketing data sets, metrics, and analytics products is preferred
• Experience with SQL, R, and Python is preferred
• Experience with cloud computing environments including Amazon S3 and Redshift
