The Director, Data Products Activation is responsible for driving revenue growth through the successful activation of our MediaMath Data Products suite. This person will possess a deep knowledge of how data can improve performance of programmatic campaigns. Our MediaMath Data Products suite includes audience targeting and situational targeting (via contextual, weather and location data) as well as identity solutions.
As the subject matter expert, it will be this person’s responsibility to work closely with the sales and engagement teams to identify new opportunities where data can improve performance to help grow overall budgets. This person will also manage a team of people who are responsible for driving adoption of MediaMath Data Products across the globe.
We are solving all kinds of technical challenges like cross datacenter replication and low-latency, geo-distributed workloads, fully automated deployments, and service governance. We believe in the power of open source and are excited to recognize this code with the launch our developer portal.
What you’ll do
• Sales & Client Engagement:
◦ Meet revenue goals through adoption of MediaMath Data Products
◦ As the subject matter expert, this person will work closely with the sales and engagement teams providing data strategies and recommendations to drive increased outcomes
◦ Coach and mentor team to provide strategies and develop account plans for sales teams in various regions including US, EU, LATAM and APAC
◦ Attend client presentations as the Data subject matter expert to present customized data strategies based on client campaign goals
◦ Ensure that MediaMath Data Products are properly activated and adopted by clients – work closely with the platform solutions team to help maximize results and expand campaign budgets
◦ Work with MediaMath account team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and usage of MediaMath Data Products
• Support in educating and guiding clients on data best practices:
◦ Work closely with Clients, Commercial teams, and Product teams to identify new ways to promote, package, and scale the usage of audiences to clients
◦ Provide user feedback and insights to Product team related to new features
◦ Partner with Product Marketing to develop training sessions, go to market materials and account strategies for new product launches
• Performance Mindset:
◦ Understand the benefits of programmatic and how data can enhance targeting, scale and performance
◦ Work closely with delivery teams to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns to ensure maximized usage and performance
• Product Development:
◦ Gather market feedback and propose appropriate product improvements to Product Management team
◦ Advocate for optimal product roadmap, based on client interaction
What you’ll need
Background
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in data activation preferred
• Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the industry
• Qualified candidates will have strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing and digital advertising
