WeWork is hiring an Marketing Automation Lead to support the development, creation and maintenance of multi-channel campaigns. They will be collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement and optimize campaigns, including outbound sales, marketing, technology, and operations teams. They will be responsible for execution of the campaigns ensuring integration across all internal departments. The candidate should have experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Pardot).

Responsibilities:
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation team
• Build multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, including HTML/CSS coding, design sourcing, business approval and deployment through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop coordinated campaign flows including leveraging assets developed by the creative team
• Manage campaign audience segmentation including identifying and acquiring the right segments from the sales and marketing database
• Launch, maintain, test and iterate on automated or targeted tactical lifecycle campaigns to prospective members, current members and retention efforts
• Create marketing landing pages inclusive of contact and lead capture in accordance with internal best practice standards
• Coordinate execution across automation, CRM, CDP, and digital technologies
• QA campaigns before launch to ensure proper routing, tracking, data flow, and execution
• Establish KPIs and configure standard reports to track, report, and optimize campaign success
Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience in B2B campaign operations with demonstrated success in email or lifecycle marketing programs
• Proficient in HTML and CSS specific to email, experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other aspects of email execution
• Experience using a major email marketing or marketing automation platform is a must (e.g. Pardot, ExactTarget, Mailchimp, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
• Experience using CRM systems in relation to marketing campaigns (e.g. Salesforce)
• Experience launching, measuring, and optimizing cross-channel campaigns across multiple marketing technologies including ESPs, CRM, etc.
• Analytical, creative, and organized with strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, communication skills, and time management abilities
• Working knowledge of and comfort working with SQL
• Working knowledge of and comfort working with AmpScript
