About the Role

As key partner to the business, the Vice President of Learning Content and Delivery will bring expertise in content creation, learning techniques and operations to deliver world-class training that further our business objectives. S/he will have global reach, will be based in NYC, and will support learning teams across our 7 regions as we fulfill our mission to create a world where people work to make a life, not just a living. This role will report to the SVP, People (responsible for People Strategy and Learning), and will collaborate closely with the learning strategy leaders responsible for leadership learning, core functional learning, and community learning as well as the regional learning teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Content creation responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Learning Strategy Leaders (for Core, Leadership, and Community-specific trainings, and potentially functional learning) to execute their respective learning strategies
• Lead the creation of learning solutions using a variety of appropriate learning experiences (including interactive instructor-led classroom learning, web-based and virtual classroom training, performance support, and workplace-based learning), as needed, building instructional design capability in the learning team in order to execute this function
• Apply adult learning principles to recommend design approaches and interactions that most effectively support specific performance objectives
• Design and implement effective strategies to measure the impact of learning solutions/programs
• Ensure all components of a learning solution (typically blended solutions across digital and in person) are developed on time, within budget, to high quality standards
Content delivery responsibilities:
• Oversee the administration and delivery of learning programs, including ensuring seamless logistics and scheduling
• Work closely with the regions to deliver relevant learning programs and share best practices
• Work closely with the learning technology team in HR tech to ensure that the LMS meets the needs of the learning delivery team

Professional Requirements:
• BA/BS degree required, Masters in L&D, OD, HR or Education or MBA preferred
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role in a complex organization in either HR, Learning & Development, Organization & Talent Development or related discipline (including prior experience designing large scale learning initiatives)
• Demonstrable experience creating and operationalizing learning programs in a large, complex and ideally fast-growing environment
