POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and passionate marketer who can bring to life and unify our Customer Success Platform story across our Salesforce events. Candidates will have a passion for cross-functional collaboration and creating face-to-face experiences that help our customers and prospects understand how to leverage the Customer Success Platform to achieve business success. This Cross Product Marketing role works across teams, products, and industries, and must be able to quickly develop and lead a strategic messaging and customer enablement to help drive a greater understanding of our portfolio through event initiatives.
Global product marketing experience is required and field marketing experience is a plus. Solution selling and Cloud/SaaS product knowledge is critical.
RESPONSIBILITIES & IMPACT
• Cross Product Positioning and Messaging: Define and lead our product messaging hierarchy across events to help our customers and understand the full value of the Customer Success Platform, working in partnership with PMM teams, Events and Content and Creative.
• Define Customer Success Platform Event Experiences: Partner closely with PMM and Events leaders to define and develop our horizontal cross product event experience and tools. These experiences and tools will help customers better understand how and why to invest in multiple Salesforce applications/clouds to address key business challenges. .
• Manage and Develop Rich Demo Experiences: Partner and support PMM's in building the enabling expo (campground) teams to confidently talk with customers and prospects on how a multi-cloud investment can address key business needs .
• Partner Closely with Content, Exec Programs, PR and Keynote Teams to prioritize the “product and industry news” to ensure alignment across all event activations.
• Develop Customer Success Platform Post-Event Follow-up: In partnership with Campaigns, Sales Strategy and PMM, develop and execute post event communications for customers who are likely to consider a multi-cloud/application investment with Salesforce.
• Guide, Track, Measure and Report on Regional Event Objectives to ensure we are driving success through targeted strategic events and improving execution in areas that don't resonate with our customers.

• Drive Results -- Attacks everything with drive and energy with an eye on both the bottom line and customer success. Detail oriented, but versatile.
• Collaborate & Communicate Across All Levels -- Work cross-functionally to drive success. Presents effectively 1:1, cross-Cloud and in Executive meetings. Gives others a voice.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• 6+ years experience in product marketing at a high tech company, or similar. MBA a plus, but not required.
• 2-3+ years experience in field or event marketing
• Demonstrated ability in product marketing, solution marketing, events and sales enablement, preferably with familiarity of Salesforce go-to-market
• Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals.
• Experience with business processes such as sales, ops, marketing, customer support, collaboration.
• Proven track record of speaking in front of large internal, external, and global audiences.
• Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
• Proven track record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
• Experience working with directly with sales teams and channel partners.
• Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including viral on-message product demo videos and succinct slide pitch-decks.
• Proven track record of launching and growing hit products.
• Strong skills in communication, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally.
• Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.
• Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
