Provide our East Region Communities with memorable and strategic opportunities for business, social, recreational, and educational development while assisting in the management and strategy of coordinating events for our HQ departments. As-well as supporting our East Region Signature Events.
• Spearhead alongside Member Experience team a well planned programming of Community Events for the East Region communities.
• Responsible for various aspects of assigned event: vendor management, manage logistics on-site, deliver the agreed upon overall experience, and evaluate the success with event recaps and reporting.
• Serve as HQ liaison providing event support to region and other HQ departments that are in need of event support.
• Actively create and refine best practice documents.
• Build and implement event strategy for regional communities including budgeting, processes, partnerships, and programming.
• Conduct research for the team as it related to venue search, themes, vendors, sponsors, partners, caterers, trends etc.
• Coordinate with Brand, Email Marketing, A/V, Ops and Security for internal and external event needs.
• Manage interdepartmental projects related to community events, and signature community events including promotion, awareness, and analysis.
• Maintain and update internal operating systems.
• Assist CM Teams in development of various outreach and community programs.
• Oversee creative development of events and promotion working with internal and external partners
• Maintain brand identity throughout programming and events.
• Evaluate post-event return on investment based on budget, resources, and members response.
General Duties
• Evaluate external enquiries for community and private events.
• Manage relationships and execute contracts for private event bookings.
• Create, manage, and execute community event programming.
• Create and develop promotional pages and supporting materials for events as needed.
• Coordinate, market, and execute special events.
• Manage and disseminate event calendar to community manager and members.
• Establish and foster new relationships that drive desks sales and increase brand awareness for the properties.
• Develop signature events.
• Develop F&B partnerships.
• Perform neighborhood activations and outreach to surrounding businesses to create local brand awareness.
• Attend any meetings or training sessions or courses as required.
• Assist fellow employees to perform similar or related jobs as and when necessary.
• Continuously seek out opportunities to learn and improve the knowledge of the job.
• Undertake any reasonable request made by a member of management.
