This role is responsible for leading a team of finance professionals that support our Quote to Cash process for acquired and emerging businesses. Additionally, this individual is responsible for integration for our acquired and emerging businesses. This leader will own the end to end process of current state finance operations, identifying and implementing interim state changes to policy, process and technology, and lead the hand-off of a business to our core operating units through our integration programs. This will involve managing a team as well as leading a cross functional integration team to ensure successful integration.
The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including program management and strategic planning. In some cases the Director, Revenue Operations, Emerging Business will be driving and managing change, act as a business representative for the acquired Go To Market and Finance Operations teams. They will also be responsible for building out the integration playbook for Emerging Business Operations, adding transparency and repeat-ability to our Quote to Cash integration process.
Responsibilities:
• Work with acquired company's go-to-market and finance teams to understand current Quote to Cash process and key operating metrics
• Work closely with the Sales, Legal and Rev Rec teams on deal support, approvals, delivery and compensation
• Ensure accuracy of salesforce key booking and attrition metrics
• Identify and implement change related to current state operating policy and procedures that will help guide a company into their fully integrated state
• Manage either directly or indirectly the day to day execution of an acquired business interim finance operations
• Partner with F&S, Rev-Rec and Revenue Accounting to ensure they have the proper hand offs in place ensure minimal disruption to salesforce financial processes while providing acquired leadership an appropriate lens into their business
• Ensure relevant stakeholders have the right level of visibility and insight into the status and progress of different integration timelines
• Own SOX program for acquired business unit. Ensure the proper suite of controls and review procedures are in place and performed based on salesforce standards
• Manage change efficiently, minimizing disruption for the organization while executing with excellence
• Liaise with IT and other organizations to drive process and system solutions
• Assist in driving projects through the entire project lifecycle with your stakeholders, including defining project goals, development of comprehensive cross-functional project plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across projects, establish and lead working group meetings and manage workstream dependencies and the impact on downstream working groups.
• Track accomplishments, milestones, key issues and change control, clearly communicate status, risks and remediation plans to executive stakeholders.

• 10+ years experience of program and/or project management experience, including 5+ years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline; MBA a plus.
