We are looking for a strategic events leader to join the team responsible for producing high quality, large-scale, global events.
What You’ll Do
Working closely with our Vice President of Global Events, you will lead the production and delivery of multiple large-scale Sales and Partner events from beginning to end, including event strategy, experience design, production planning, event delivery, measurements, and executive reporting.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Work with VP, Chief of Staff, Event Program Leads, Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to shape sales and partner events strategy
• Drive event innovation, focusing on engagement opportunities and digital expression.
• Ensure program messaging aligns to strategic priorities and is reflected throughout content elements
• Develop and deliver program reviews with Executive Leadership Team members
• Provide expertise to program teams and business partners on industry trends, market trends, competitive intelligence, technology, and experience innovation; make recommendations, establish goals, clarify expectations, and monitor performance.
• Ensure clear collaboration and communication across teams and timely identification of opportunities
• Establish program team operating model requirements; partner with Business Operations team on budgets, hiring, retention and talent development
• Oversee the development and management of a multi-million dollar budget
• Lead on-site coordination, execution and support for internal teams and external business partners
• Manage scope, relationship and deliverables across a large number of business partners (vendors)
• Partner with Measurements Team on reporting event effectiveness, including leads and other metrics.
Who You Are
You are an experienced event program lead with strong proficiency in all areas of production inclusive of the planning and execution of large-scale live events.
You will need to have a solid background within the event sector including pre-production, timeline and budget management, and on site delivery in complex multi-day events. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, global organization and bring sharp business acumen to the role.

Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in direct event production on large-scale, high-price/high-quality events
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• In-depth experience in event strategy and planning, and budget and timeline management.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, team members, and events at a time
• Excellent interpersonal skills, the knowledge to do project estimates and resourcing, and the discipline to uphold and manage them. Ability to hold internal and external teams accountable to deliverables according to production timeline and program objectives.
• Experience with building and mentoring both direct and indirect teams; experience running large and complex vendor relationships
• Exceptional design sensibility and ability to give clear, concise creative direction.
• Flexible with traveling to multiple events within a year.
