About the Team
The Shared Services Transformation team looks to define and implement strategic solutions across end-to-end process areas that cross Global Shared Services. The scope of work spreads across various areas within the Global Shared Services team, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, T&E, Billing and Payroll. The team works closely with business stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Development, Community, Finance, and Technology to define strategic operating models and technology solutions suited for the future state of the organization.
What You’ll Do
• Develop materials to define global operations strategies that align with WeWork’s financial and operational priorities
• Identify and evaluate process pain points including root cause analysis and impact assessments
• Identify 3rd party technology solutions fit for partnership with WeWork and work to deliver technology enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce cost to serve
• Interact directly with internal business stakeholders and external business partners to drive progress across strategic and tactical solutions
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop detailed business cases for sustainable solutions
Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree from a top tier university with a major in finance, economics, statistics
• 2 or more years of work experience in Strategy & Operations Consulting
• Experience with compliance and operational risk assessments
• Experience working collaboratively with a lean team and operating and delivering results independently
• Experience with software integration projects
Communication Skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills (oral, written and listening).
• Ability to understand, organize and communicate complex information in an easily understandable format tailored to a variety of audiences.
Reasoning Ability

Other Skills
• High-energy, passionate, and proven track record of developing and implementing strategies.
• Knowledge and interest in process improvement, technology, and innovation.
• Experience with Scrum, Visio, Lean Six Sigma and/or Tableau is desirable
