As a Program Director, you get to work in the Strategy & Operations team inside the Global Partnerships department helping to operationalize and establish governance with our biggest agency, technology, and consultancy partnerships. This means you get to play a big role in a growing and agile team, and are comfortable with rolling up your sleeves in order to get things done.
The Strategy & Operations function is the glue for the team, encouraging and facilitating communication and collaboration within the team, with senior leadership, throughout the entire company, and most importantly- with our partners. You’ll work on long-term strategic projects as well as drive day-to-day operations, and you’re someone who understands how those two work together to ensure success.
This role will use previous experience in project management methodologies to drive the planning and execution of work across the team while connecting and providing transparency to internal stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do:
• Influence growth and success of our largest partnerships by:
◦ Developing project plans, programs, and processes that activate the global and regional strategies for assigned partnerships; be a key contributor and voice for the creation of said strategies
◦ Partnering with executive leadership and other cross-department stakeholders in an organized governance model to maintain prioritization of projects/programs, ensuring appropriate alignment of resources, and communicating key risks to delivery and potential plans/options to rectify
◦ Creating and evolving how we establish governance and consistent operations with our partnerships including playbooks, joint account planning, business reviews, annual and quarterly planning, etc.
◦ Monitoring key partnership KPIs and reporting on trends and achievement
◦ Establishing strong relationships with relevant partner stakeholders by meeting deadlines with deliverables
◦ Dealing with complexity and cross-functional relationships in order to ensure everything and everyone is aligned to deliver value
• Influence overall Strategy & Operations/Global Partnerships team success by:
◦ Driving execution and accountability so as to deliver projects and initiatives on time and with high quality; ensure people, processes, and technologies are aligned to deliver on that
◦ Supporting the team’s efforts to identify, communicate, and resolve interdependencies, risks, and issues.
◦ Maintaining a quality knowledge of the agency, technology, and consultancy ecosystem and how our company can partner to add value
◦ Leading and/or contributing to operational efficiencies that enable effective planning and allow the team to scale
◦ Managing ongoing execution and tracking of progress against strategic initiatives
◦ Building a reputation as a trusted partner who understands the business and collaborates to deliver on commitments and drive business results.

What you'll need:
Background:
• 5-7 years in a Program or Project Management role
• Having worked with (or knowledge of) agency, consultancy, technology partners + adtech/martech a plus
• CAPM/PMP/Any Agile certification a plus
Skills:
• Effective written and oral communicator
• Organization extraordinaire with amazing attention to detail and ability to follow through – strong “get it done” mentality
