As a Partner Development Lead, you get to work in a new team inside MediaMath helping to drive growth from our biggest agency, technnology, and consultancy partnerships at a regional level. This means you get to play a big role in a growing and agile team, and are comfortable with rolling up your sleeves in order to get things done.
Partner Development Leads are responsible for revenue growth and overall success of one or more partnerships in a given region. Working closely with Global Alliance Leads and regional sales & account teams, the Partner Development Lead ensures partner alignment on all new and existing business activities.
What you’ll do:
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with senior executive decision makers at the partner across all different networks and teams
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to help win and build brand business by focusing on how to leverage Partnership to drive success
• Uncover new ways to partner in order to drive innovation and growth for end brands
• Create and evolve regional account strategies for each partnership, including how to activate global partner account strategies and how to influence brand account strategies.
• Design, iterate, and evolve joint, multi-year roadmaps with the partner(s) that center on partnership growth and success
• Demonstrate relevance, articulate uniqueness, and build trust with partner(s)
• Own business reviews, contract negotiations, & executive briefings within given region for assigned partnerships

What you’ll need:
Background:
• 7-10 years experience in a relationship management or enterprise sales/account role
• Experience with SaaS models and success within agencies
• Experience with strategic selling, diagnosis forward sales process, and enterprise account planning
• History of hitting and exceeding revenue goals
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills- strong listening, negotiation, and presentation
• Proven ability to establish meaningful and long-lasting relationships with partner or brand stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and methodically meet urgent deadlines
Traits:
• Agile mindset, passionate problem-solver, and can drive change fast and efficiently
• Comfortable partnering with internal stakeholders to get things done
• Creative thinking skills to evaluate problems and drive win-win outcomes
