POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to lead the Supply Chain Financing function supporting the AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain teams. In this role, you will drive and lead program initiatives to reduce costs and build scalable solutions. You will own all controllership functions including financial planning, reporting, control and analysis to deliver our financial commitments. You will collaborate with our business partners and cross-functional teams and maintain high standards of data-driven decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, lead and launch programs and initiatives for the Supply Chain Financing functions by working collaboratively and productively with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a key finance partner working with business partners and cross-functional teams to uncover data-diven opportunities provide actionable insights and cost savings opportunities including building business cases
• Lead all development and execution of weekly and monthly financial reviews and processes, planning, forecasting, and reporting and their continuous innovation to support better decision making
• Ensure compliance with controls and systems, and develop new processes to support the fast-growing, global AWS business
• Manage a team with competing priorities & providing level-headed guidance during unexpected events
• Manage and lead others and further develop exceptional talent; provide guidance and leadership and career development to the team
• Co-lead in new business integrations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
• 5+ years of leading finance in manufacturing/supply chain including Supplier Financing function
• Strong and experienced people manager
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• Exceptional business judgment capable of driving a diverse organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach
• Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Very comfortable working with various financial systems such as Oracle, Cognos TM1
• Good at handling of large amounts of complex data and comfortable in a datawarehouse - SQL environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA Preferred
• Strong and experienced people manager
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• Exceptional business judgment capable of driving a diverse organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach
• Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Very comfortable working with various financial systems such as Oracle, Cognos TM1
• Good at handling of large amounts of complex data and comfortable in a datawarehouse - SQL environment
• Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certified
• PMP certification
