As part of this growth, we are recruiting a Manager, Contracts to lead the building team in the Paris and Bellevue offices. You will report directly to the Director Sales Operations.
What You Will Do:
• You will apply industry best practices and process to enhance productivity, quality, and performance
• You will lead the contracts team through design, development, and deployment of enhanced business processes
• You will help set appropriate project schedules and workloads, and lead ongoing changes for worldwide implementation
• You will guarantee the contracting process for worldwide contracts
What You Bring:
• You have at least 6 years management/mentor experience, ideally supporting a Global B2B sales organization in a Sales Operations role
• Sales and legal or contracts background, with a strong understanding of a tech company
• You hold proven track-record of leadership of people, processes and technology
• Able to collaborate with multiple groups across different business units in several countries throughout the world
• Awesome Salesforce skills, and other related Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• This position is considered for Paris (France) or Bellevue (US) offices
