We’re looking for a Product Manager, Data & Insights, to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap our key asset: the wealth of data that we have on advertisers. You will interface closely with MediaMath’s customers to understand their business needs and develop a roadmap to support external tools and reporting that gives them a deep level of understanding of their Marketing activities and their customers.

What you’ll do:
• Responsible for productizing, the strategy and roadmap around reporting and insights in our TerminalOne system
• Define and regularly monitor KPIs, success metrics, and other analytics to help our clients better understand their marketing activities and their customers
• Map business functionality and analytics into reporting our user can use
• Conduct regular customer, market, and stakeholder outreach to validate and inform our data priorities, clarify use cases and evangelize the MediaMath offerings
• Effectively manage the data roadmap, partnering with our UX/UI, Engineering & Product teams to ensure quick time-to-market and ongoing QA to integrate the data into our products in a way that makes sense for each client segment and persona
What you’ll need:
Background
• 5+ years Product Management leading Analytics/Insights teams; ideally within SaaS, Visualizations or Insights, working cross functionally across multiple departments to understand customer needs and translate them into reporting and instrumentation specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership and managing direct reports
Skills
• Domain expertise across analytics lifecycle (instrumentation, logging, data models, data warehousing, dashboards, BI systems).
• Strong understanding of SQL, statistics, analysis, and modeling techniques
• Understanding of best practices for instrumentation and analysis of multivariate experiments
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with agile and scrum methodologies and processes
• Strong understanding of visualization software (Tableau, D3)
• Hands on experience in understanding relational databases, data flavors, aggregated data sets, coming up with new APIs.
