• Responding and resolving member and community support tickets on invoice questions, payments, invoice adjustments, refunds, etc.
• Assisting with credit card charging on the 1st business day of the month, first notices and second notices when needed.
• Reaching out and following up for payment updates to 30 days + members.
• Working with community managers and DOC’s regarding issues in the region and coming up with solutions.
• Assisting with invoice edits for the upcoming month when needed.
• Assisting Tri-State region with support tickets, action items and cm holds when needed.
• Assisting the CMs and members during MIMO on updating payment details and processing payment over the phone.
• Reviews and reaches out to Community Managers regarding CM Holds
• Working with accounting team each month on write offs and bad debts.
Minimum Qualifications
• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting/Finance/Related Field
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Accounting with functional understanding of GAAP preferred

• Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Visio
