The Salesforce Financial Services Industry team is looking for a talented and passionate industry alliances leader to drive vision, manage key relationships, and develop joint solutions with our partner ecosystem to continue to grow and extend the world’s #1 CRM, reimagined for financial services.
In this role, you will be at the tip of the arrow and engaging with financial services industry advisory, implementation and select ISV partners to develop joint solutions that enable customer success.

Responsibilities:
• Align with the industry leadership team to manage key SI relationships in Financial Services
• Drive revenue growth with packaged partner solutions that are aligned to sales plays
• Extend and scale the Financial Services business with partners of all sizes
• Engage with advisory, implementation and ISV partners to develop repeatable solutions
• Execute a partner solutions business plan, including co-marketing, solution enablement and alignment
• Create and maintain a top account alignment plan for partners
• Partner with a world-class Product Management team to convey key functionality and benefits into core partner messages
• Develop detailed solution launch plans for new partner solutions
• Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes (ranging from one person to hundreds of people)
• Support partner activities and representation across events (3rd Party Industry, Salesforce conferences and Partner led events)
• Associate specific partners to partner solution that is being used to measure impact in our CRM system
Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of consulting partner ecosystem and managing differentiated relationships with partners
• Experience working with Financial Services organizations
• Strategic thinker who is able to blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives
• High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business.
• History of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships
• Project Management and Team Leadership to inspire, coordinate and deliver results
• Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, as well as building/maintaining relationships with partners, etc.
• Willing and able to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of CRM & enterprise business process automation technology.
• Masters/ MBA degree preferred
• Good knowledge of Salesforce technology and applications products/solutions, platform and SaaS
• Experience with developing solutions with consulting partners
