The Global Corporate Card Analyst is responsible for the overall day to day administration of WeWork corporate card programs; and will play a pivotal role in effectively working with the Global Travel & Expense team as well as Regional Shared Services teams to deliver best in class service and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Administration of corporate travel and purchasing cards
Primary contact for Cardmember questions
Provide customer service to employees experiencing issues with a corporate credit card, travel partner or daily operations transaction
Coordinate with Program Manager on accounting/finance issues
Review/audit receipts against expenses to ensure compliance with policy
Preferred Qualifications:
BA Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field Required.
2+ years of finance or accounting experience
Experience with Workday, JIRA preferred
Ability to problem-solve, multitask, track and organize data, present to key stakeholders, manage internal and external customers
Desire to succeed in a data-driven, fast changing, and entrepreneurial environment​
