About the role:
The Shared Services Director of Global Integrations will be responsible for managing a team that will be responsible for integrating new acquired businesses into the existing Shared Services organization’s infrastructure and processes. The Global Integrations Director will manage and coordinate the due diligence on legacy systems and processes for newly acquired businesses, developing integration plans for post-merger integration and preparing the Shared Services organization for any additional business requirements that result from the acquisitions. This role will also be responsible to drive the identification and optimization of existing processes and implementing changes in coordination with the Finance organization. The key objective of this position is to organize and coordinate multiple post-merger integrations into WeWork’s existing infrastructure and drive scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the execution of M&A conversion activities across Shared Services and Finance
• Develop an integration strategy, process and execution plan for WeWork acquisitions and new business
• Define assignments for team members, common formats for outputs, coordinate timelines, meeting schedules, and communications
• Collaborate with internal partners and functional leads to define the future state support model for newly acquired businesses
• Coordinates and project manages the efforts of cross-functional team members and stakeholders in order to deliver work-streams/initiatives/projects according to plan
• Lead crucial conversations across the business and develop strategy, structures and processes focused on advancing integration best practices and innovative solutions for the business
• Partners and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to determine integration priorities, set goals, and develop plans.
• Develops and deploys an Integration framework based on best-in-class principles, standards, and templates/tools to effectively and efficiently complete integration activities.
• Provides timely status reporting of milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to M&A lead and steering committees.
• Maintains knowledge of Integration industry trends and best practices
• Delivers results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance or Consulting
• Demonstrates an ability to manage both internal and external customers
• Experience using Cloud Based ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, NetSuite or SAP
• Experience in issue management and troubleshooting
• Experience with managing multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to track and organize data
• Desire to succeed in a data-driven, fast changing, and entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment
