Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a technical consulting leader possessing a growth mindset and excellent communication skills.
• University degree or relevant work experience
• At ease operating in a dynamic, fast growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ready to make yourself accountable
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing teams; demonstrated history of delivering high quality results as manager of teams and/or project teams
• 10+ years of career experience in the software consulting, software development, or operations industry
• Excellent analytical skills with an appreciation for rigor and objectivity
• Demonstrated capability to hire and mentor teams of junior and senior members alike
• Demonstrated capability to manage customer expectations effectively
• Demonstrated ability to maintain productive relationships and alignment with other internal teams and stakeholders, especially Sales and Delivery counterparts
• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and deployment/operational considerations
• Comfortable traveling for work as needed
Position Expectations
As a Partner Director within the MongoDB Professional Services leadership team, you will be:
• Accountable for developing and maintaining Services partnering strategy
• Accountable for achievement of global services bookings and revenue targets
• Responsible to develop and drive partner program for -
◦ joint delivery model with GSIs
◦ scalable subcontracting
◦ third-party delivery ecosystem
◦ PS franchising
◦ certification programs
◦ mechanisms of transparency and accountability
• Engage directly with MongoDB Sales, Channels teams and regional Services leadership to shape and drive strategic opportunities
• Responsible to lead the selection, onboarding and development, certification, relationship management, quality controls and delivery success of local delivery partners and GSIs alike
• Actively support Services leadership and delivery teams through any engagement with delivery partners or GSIs, always ensuring the highest quality of delivery and partnering
• Ensure business integration of flexible capacity models in proposals and delivery plans
• Ensure all essential stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Product, Finance, HR, Enablement, IT, Customer Success) are aligned with enablement and facilitation of Services delivery partners
• Contribute to the building of offerings, practices, methodology, tools, collateral and delivery capabilities for MongoDB Professional Services
• Contribute to the standardization, repeatability, and industrialization of all delivery capabilities - both technical and strategic
• Collaborating with other functions across the company, contribute to global Professional Services strategy development and execution, delivery methodology and governance frameworks
• Support MongoDB account and delivery teams in management of risk throughout engagement lifecycle

• Accountable to build and apply order to MongoDB PS’ global partner program and partner eco-system
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the capability of MongoDB Professional Services
• Ongoing success and growth of MongoDB customers across the business
