DESCRIPTION
The Worldwide Operations organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We need someone who is bright and motivated, with a proven history of high performance, to support the VP and one Director in our Forecasting team in Seattle, Washington.
This role requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests is critical. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative. A good sense of humor is a must, as is the ability to be flexible and change direction at a moment’s notice.
The ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes
• Strong computer skills; proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Experience with travel coordination
• Experience with space planning
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in software development environment is a plus
• A strong backbone with an aptitude for diplomacy
• Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and objectives of team
• Creative problem solver
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining a commitment to deadlines and long term goals
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events which require quick response or turnaround
• High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
