Job Description:
• Manage the programming of hyper-localized events within your territory with the end goal of lead generation
• Assist sales team with development of marketing materials for general broker program, building-specific marketing strategy and creative campaigns per region
• Spearhead alongside Member Experience a well-planned programming of Community Events for the Tri-State community
• Manage frequent stakeholder interactions with Community and Sales teams, as well as a wide range of other functions, including Marketing and Public Affairs
• Strategy, content and execution for email marketing campaigns
• Actively create and refine best practice documents
• Build and implement event strategy for regional communities including budgeting, processes, partnerships, and programming.
• Oversees the territory lead’s for each territory’s programming
• Develops and nurtures relationships with global and regional partners, structuring relationships and helping guide these through project management with our Partnerships Director and territory teams
• Directs and budgets for all programming within territory, ensuring we maintain strict budget systems and guidelines
• Ensures compliance of local laws/restrictions for programming
Experience and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate, marketing, project management, and events management or related field
• Results driven and able to ensure completion of tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Creative thinking and flexibility -- ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High level of personal credibility, networking and interpersonal skills, dependability, and accountability
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
• Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and demonstrate team leadership skills
• Strategic and analytical thinker
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and presentation software
