Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Tax Analyst to come and grow with our team. As a tax generalist you will support our global tax reporting and compliance processes, including assistance with indirect tax matters. You'll be joining a fast-paced, dynamic multinational enterprise and will contribute and learn about many areas of tax. You are a forward thinker in the tax profession thats hands-on, analytical and enthusiastic. Who also has strong technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
• You will assist with federal, state, local and international tax returns as well as estimates
• Analyze and reconcile tax accounts and perform flux analyses
• Work cross functionally with our Information Technology & Services (IT&S) team and contribute to process improvements that streamline compliance and reporting
• Collaborate with outside service providers and assist with monthly, quarterly and annual sales/use, business tax and indirect (VAT and SUT) tax returns in multiple jurisdictions
• Support our ASC 740 tax provision and tax accounting processes
• Research and respond to inquiries from our business partners
• Provide income and transactional tax requirements, including nexus analysis
• Capture documentation and provide support for tax audits and assessments
• Perform and document SOX controls
Requirements
• You have 4+ years of corporate tax experience
• You're able to produce timely deliverables and handle multiple and shifting priorities
• You're inventive and have remarkable analytical and problem-solving abilities
• You sweat the details and can drive projects to completion
• You‘re able to engage and collaborate with other teams across Finance and beyond
• You can communicate complex tax concepts in ways that are meaningful and useful to non-tax professionals
• You welcome the opportunity to learn
• Tech sector experience preferred; SAAS environment a plus
• Experience with Oracle Cloud is a big plus
• Intermediate+ level experience with Excel
• You've got a B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting; C.P.A. strongly preferred
