DESCRIPTION
The Inventory Planning and Control (IPC) team is looking for an Executive Assistant with a history of high performance to support three Directors. The position will work closely with teams facilitating key activities, projects and tracking deliverables. Responsibilities for this position will require one who thinks and plans ahead, prioritizes short and long term, and manages time effectively. The successful candidate will possess the skills to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround, be able to take effective action without having to know the complete picture, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic as well as international travel, and act as a general liaison and point of contact for their teams.

Key responsibilities include:
─ Serving as a business partner ensuring strategic and thoughtful support of the organization’s business cycle
─ Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements
─ Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars to drive key team building and growth
─ Act as a liaison for leader’s direct reports
─ Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel
─ Completing expense reports, purchase orders, and managing corporate card purchases; participation in budget planning and tracking as needed
─ Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
─ Have fun at work and help others do the same
─ Build relationships with assistants throughout the team and across the company
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes
• Strong computer skills; proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Experience with travel coordination
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in software development environment is a plus
• A strong backbone with an aptitude for diplomacy
• Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and objectives of team
• Creative problem solver
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining a commitment to deadlines and long term goals
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events which require quick response or turnaround
• High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
