To support this growth and demand, the company is building out a highly skilled squad of sales leaders and client success teams focused on helping large organizations take advantage of the many opportunities the WeWork model has to offer.
The new Content team will be responsible for empowering these sales and account teams with the content, tools and resources - at scale - they need to operate efficiently, effectively, consistently, and globally so that they can focus on creating value for our business clients and driving revenue for the company.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting into Frankie Goldstone, the Global Head of Sales Content, the Senior Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing a world-class B2B content marketing function, planning, developing and disseminating unique and compelling B2B content to educate, inspire and convert.
Specific responsibilities include:
Design
• Identify and set quarterly and annual goals for content performance;
• Design and execute buyer-focused content journeys that support those goals;
• Use market and internal data to develop buyer and industry-specific content themes;
• Continuously evolve the roadmap to improve content performance over time.
Build
• Work with thought leaders to develop multi-channel content experiences that reflect the unique spirit and energy of WeWork, feel personal to our buyers, and build the sales funnel;
• Work with the creative teams to bring these experiences to life across a range of media, ensuring they reflect the WeWork brand and meets our buyers’ needs;
Amplify
• Collaborate with the PR, sales and go-to-market teams on targeted, integrated campaigns that increase engagement at every step in the journey;
• Build strategic paid and earned content partnerships to amplify your message.
Optimize
• Test and learn to improve performance over time. Use insights from previous content performance to optimize future content as well as to put more emphasis behind the winners.
Lead and Scale
• Lead and develop a team of content marketers around the world, balancing consistency and relevance across buyers, industries and markets.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years leading high performance teams of multi-channel content creators;
• Superior writing and storytelling skills;
• Encyclopedic knowledge of the B2B content marketing landscape;
• A talent for finding stories at the intersection between market trends, buyer needs and internal goals;
• A proven ability to create multi-channel content that converts and achieves ROI outcomes;
• A strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills;
• Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all content marketing tools, platforms and resources;
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
