Marketing Director, Data Center & Cloud Campaigns
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• You will be responsible for crafting demand generation & campaign strategy, execution and metrics for Cisco’s $12B Data Center and Cloud business worldwide.
• You are a results-oriented leader with proven expertise in developing the content strategy, mapping them to customer (persona-led) journeys and executing campaigns by leveraging multiple digital channels to drive awareness and lead generation at scale.
• You offer experience with planning and executing multichannel digital campaigns across global audiences and languages is required.
• You will lead the strategy and execution of digital demand generation and awareness programs for Cisco’s Data Center and Cloud Business globally.
• You will define, track and report on performance metrics especially for content effectiveness and continually optimize campaign performance.
• You will manage a team responsible for driving integrated digital campaigns across paid search, display, content syndication, digital media, webinars, email marketing and other digital tactics.
• You will optimize and implement best practices across all digital marketing programs with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• You will own the metrics stack for all global digital efforts, including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline generation and contribution to bookings.
• You will partner closely with Field Marketing teams to brief them on digital campaigns, ensure successful handoff across waterfall stages, and optimize conversion metrics.

WHO YOU ARE
Do you have extensive digital marketing experience in B2B tech?
Do you offer demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel digital acquisition programs leveraging content syndication, paid search, display, webinars, etc.?
You are a “player/coach” manager who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done with the ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels.
You offer a strong background in performance analytics and making data-driven decisions to continually optimize and drive the customer acquisition funnel.
You have extraordinary communication & collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams and can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.
You are a strong leadership track record with ability to partner effectively with other Marketing teams including web marketing, field marketing, brand and product marketing.
You have strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills.
You are familiar with modern digital marketing tools and software applications.
You are an experienced manager and mentor of teams.
