The business development team is seeking an energetic and friendly person to manage our Amazon accounts to represent our Ideal brands. This person will have a very positive and friendly personality and should love working with people and companies to develop them.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage our business Amazon Account to ensure order completion in a timely manner, inventory is stocked and updated, customer satisfaction and account health is maintained, and proper reports are processed and delivered to relevant teams
• Coordinate and collaborate with various teams internally (UK and US) to improve the overall process and efficiency
• Manage logistics and resolve issues with orders and shipments
• Generate reports to gather all order and tracking information for different parts of the day
• Use basic excel formulas to make sure the file is setup properly so it will process in Amazon
• Occasionally ship items from the office if out of stock at the warehouse.
• Manage Amazon keywords through research on market trends and competitor analysis
• Manage enhanced brand content
• Manage paid campaigns and other paid advertising
Requirements
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Degree in Business Development, Communication, or something similar is preferred
• Proven ability to multi-task and deliver exceptional results in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and creative abilities
• Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable and quick to respond to orders and changes
• Enthusiastic attitude with strong leadership skills
