Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or related field.
• 2-4 Years of experience specifically with email campaigns
• Strong technical aptitude and/or background preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate in cross-functional teams, both internal and externally focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation
• Versatile/flexible, can manage competing demands and prioritize effectively
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Effective communication skills (written and oral), presentation techniques, meeting mechanics required
• Working knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, Excel preferred
• Experience with Return Path/Salesforce Marketing Exact Target, StrongView/StrongMail, Aprimo/Teradata, ReturnPath, Litmus or comparable email systems preferred
Description
Email Marketing Production Specialist will be responsible for email production and execution, including project management, HTML/CSS troubleshooting and coding, QA review, and deployment of tactical email campaigns that generate new customer acquisition, improve retention, and support customer research using our 3rd party email vendor platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). This individual will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that email initiatives are complete, on-time, and executed with a high degree of accuracy and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of technical ability, email/online marketing experience and project management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own all aspects of email production:
• Development of responsive HTML emails and/or landing pages from layered PSD files
• Test email rendering for consistency across all email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Mobile, etc.) and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Upload relevant content and set up email campaigns within the email platform
• Code dynamic content and map variables within the campaign, to drive versioning and customization of the emails
• Work with project manager/account managers in coordinating and communicating content change requests and production schedule
• Meet deadlines for content publication
• Identify, run and report email A/B testing
• Stay up to date with latest email best practices, including responsive development
• Experience debugging email client compatibility issues
• Maintain high development and production standards, as well as have the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Work with marketing partners to launch and automate email marketing campaigns
• Ability to make good, timely decisions in a fast-paced, time-constrained environment
