GoDaddy's Finance team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with our Workday financials platform. As a Workday Sr. Analyst you will support the Finance organization and help design, test, build and maintain reports needed to close the books and provide operational metrics. Additionally this role will have the opportunity to help guide the business in processes and work on future implementation needs. The right person for this role will have analytical and problem-solving skills with a mind for report writing, business process optimization and standardization. They should be able to help translate accounting/finance needs to system output. Work closely with Finance business units to help implement Workday solutions that address the business needs. Areas include - Accounting, AP, AR, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Planning, Budgets
Help build and maintain business processes, EIBs, workflows and reports based on business needs.
Provide support and training to end users surrounding Workday Financials functionality
Help resolve and troubleshoot Workday production issues
Assist with twice yearly system upgrades
Work with IT and HR to ensure Finance participation and support on cross functional projects.
Education & Experience Requirements
B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, related area or equivalent
5 to 7 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst with functional or technical implementation of
ERP solution
Knowledge of Workday financials
Workday Report Writer experience
Ability to handle multiple projects spread across multiple teams in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, report)
