Role Description
As an Executive Support Analyst at Dropbox, you’ll provide high touch, white glove technical support to our executives. You’ll be the primary interface for all technology requests, partner with various internal/external stakeholders to drive solutions, and proactively monitor their environments to enable success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, possess exceptional communication skills, can adapt to a fast paced environment and is passionate about providing the best support experience. As the first Executive Support Technician, you’ll also play a key role in designing and building the best program for our leadership team.
Responsibilities
• Be the primary interface for all technology needs submitted by our executive team
• Provide exceptional onsite/remote support for all computing devices, applications, and related technologies
• Configure and support meetings across a range of video conferencing and voice platforms
• Partner with executive admins as a technical lead to design and coordinate solutions that ensure the highest level of productivity, with minimal downtime
• Work closely with internal service owners to develop or drive resolutions for complex issues and escalations
• Design and implement processes to minimize downtime
• Perform proactive maintenance and audits of equipment, environments, and solutions to ensure they’re working and secure
• Design and host custom training sessions for VIP users
• Develop and maintain a regular ops report
• Contribute to projects and operational tasks during downtime
• May require to be on call 24x7 to support for IT incidents and escalations.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in an enterprise IT support role
• Direct experience supporting c-level executives and VIP staff
• Expert knowledge in supporting Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android operating systems and devices
• Experience supporting a variety of cloud based applications (gApps, Slack, etc)
• Versed in supporting a variety of telephony and video conferencing technologies (Hangouts, Zoom, or Cisco)
• Expert familiarity with server and network infrastructure
• Current on emerging technologies and their potential to drive productivity within our space
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Comfortable making judgment calls independently on critical issues
• Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service
• The ability to perform calmly and professionally under pressure
