RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Manager of Sales & Service Enablement Project Office is responsible for coordinating and developing project coordination for the Sales & Service Division. This role is accountable for the creation of project plans, monitoring, reporting on initiatives that will support the sales and service teams
Responsibilities
• Providing project management leadership and/or support for new and existing products & tools for the Sales & Service organization, with an emphasis on collaboration for the development and enhancement of processes and systems.
• Liaise across business units (e.g. Marketing, Compliance, Product Management, etc.) to ensure clarity and communication
• Stewarding of platform Roadmap, Prioritization & Requirements/enhancements
• Lead cross-departmental work streams and communication with Trading, Product, Marketing and Technology.
• Manages Sales & Service initiatives both Technology driven and Non-Technology
• Assist in process analysis to improve control, scalability and efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• 5+ years at a broker-dealer (preferred)
• Professional experience with financial products and people management
• Project Management experience, prefer Agile experience
• Experience in broker and/or client facing activities
• Candidates must also have the confidence, communication and influencing skills to present to the most senior audiences and to influence peers
• Capability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve most common problems that arise
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor Degree or similar degree
