Essential Duties:
• Provide portfolio-wide analytics and insights across the globe
• Manage and analyze existing portfolio and new opportunities; establish and maintain benchmarks for financial terms and deal performance
• Support Regional Directors, Deal Managers and real estate leadership on all initiatives relating to the sourcing and acquisition of new WeWork locations
• Build and refine proformas and tools to evaluate prospective deals through the sourcing and negotiation process
• Support Regional Directors and Deal Managers on analyzing deal performance and underwriting new opportunities
• Ability to create a toolkit of standardized documents to support a robust pipeline, inclusive of new deals, expansions, and renewals.
• Confer with Due Diligence, Finance, Design, Operations and Construction to ensure each departments’ needs are met through Lease transaction
• Work with department and regional leadership to create and improve transaction and analytics processes and template
• Create transaction update report by gathering data from the field / partners and utilizing proprietary transaction tracking software
• Work with Digital and Product to customize reports, dashboards and analytics specific to account team usage
• Provide quality assurance across portfolio by establishing and maintaining benchmarks, best practices and standards for financial terms and deal quality
• Provide analytics and insights to inform market assumptions, market strategy and regional goal-setting
• Create and templatize deal packets and presentation materials as needed
• Complete special projects pertaining to market and portfolio analytics as requested by real estate leadership
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or Accounting
• 5-7 years transactional commercial real estate experience or other financial expertise
• Prior experience underwriting and / or financial structuring of real estate deals
• Background in commercial real estate transaction management, tenant representation, or landlord representation preferred
• Hankering to work in a fast-paced environment, quick learner and highly adaptable
• Knowledge of real estate leasing and negotiations
• Ability to work in team based environment with limited oversight
• Demonstrate a hustle attitude with persistent approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
• Work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
• Ability to multi-task, process work quickly and accurately with changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
• Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative and driven professional environment
