RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director, Technical Training, will work closely with Technology managers to create appropriate learning programs to ensure E*TRADE technologists are up-to-speed on the latest technologies. He/She will partner closely with HR partners to ensure programs are aligned with modern HR practices.
• Reports directly to the Head of Technology Learning & Development
• Adopt agile, lean and design processes to pilot and deliver new technology learning programs, working with technology managers
• Partner with Human Resources to provide a best-in-class talent management experience for Technology
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or related field, required
• 7+ years in Technology and/or Financial Services Industry
• Fluency in technology systems and concepts to aid in discussing learning interventions with technical managers
