Department Description:
Salesforce is seeking a Regional Vice President of Enterprise sales to drive customer success and growth in the ASEAN region. Leading a team of highly talented and driven Sales Directors, this individual will have exceptional people management skills, proven ability to develop sales talent, understand territory and execute a sales management process with discipline and cadence. The candidate will have a solid track record in running Sales teams and experience in driving revenue in the Enterprise space across ASEAN.
Job description
• Manages a team of 1 st line sales managers by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required.
• Ongoing coaching and development of sales managers, enabling them to recruit, manage and coach high performance sales teams.
• Develop an effective territory go to market plan for next 3-5 years
• Develop the necessary business cadence to achieve growth and customer success objectives.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including sales management experience
• Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment. Ability and track record of driving business in a strategic manor for demand generation
• Proven record of success in a high volume transaction sales environment. Experience selling to the enterprise- Ability to manage C-Level conversations
• Solid understanding of the application selling/CRM space
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
