Due to significant growth, we are seeking a seasoned sales leader for our Vertical ISV Team with a focus on Life Sciences. The Director, ISV Sales LifeSciences and their team are trusted advisors to help drive growth and success in our ISV ecosystem. The Director, ISV Sales LifeSciences team is responsible for developing finding, building and fostering ISV/OEM partnerships and selling the Salesforce Platform as well as our full suite of IP focused on Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years experience Sales leadership managing a team which sells enterprise software into the Life Sciences industry.
Responsibilities for the Director, ISV Sales LifeSciences team include
-Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
-Lead strategy for recruiting top ISVs to build applications on Salesforce technology
-Lead strategy for Go to Market with top Vertical ISVs in Healthcare & Life sciences
-Lead and drive relationship with strategic partners
-Generating new revenue in existing ISVs and in new ISV markets
-Playing a key role in driving strategic enterprise-wide partner transactions
-Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities
-Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established partner relationships
Experience/Skills Required:
-Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and matrixed environment
-Planning and execution of strategies
-Ability manage a team selling into the C-Level and across Product Development and IT
-Strong technical aptitude
-5+ years of Healthcare/Life Sciences Sales management Experience
-5+ years of solution sales management experience selling OEM, ISV or direct software or SaaS solutions or similar
-A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise or OEM deals
-Consistent over achievement of quota and revenue goals w/ a strong W2 track record
-Strong time management skills
-Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment
-Passion and commitment for partner success
Experience/Skills Desired:
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
