Regional Services Director - Marketing Cloud
We are seeking an innovative and passionate Regional Services Lead who shares our vision of bringing the power of cloud computing to enterprises. The regional services lead is an experienced digital marketing professional that will manage all project delivery across the specified customer segments. In addition, the RSL will be responsible for participating in the services sales process and ensuring that statements of work are set up correctly to ensure delivery success. Finally, the RSL will manage a team of resources and ensure that key metrics such as customer satisfaction, bookings, and utilization targets are met.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor all projects within region/segment to ensure compliance with project delivery methodology
• Establish relationships with customer C-level executives to ensure alignment on strategic projects and programs
• Manage consulting resources in region
• Manage regional metrics
• Align with sales and consulting sales team during the sales process to structure projects correctly and contribute to closing business
• Establish go to market offerings for professional services
• Participate with Project Management Office to establish & track project delivery best practices
• Align with industry leaders from CSG organization on strategic customers
Required Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of implementing enterprise-wide Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud, or similar digital marketing platforms
• Demonstrated people management skills for teams of up to 20 people.
• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%
Desired Skills/Experience:
• MBA Preferred
• "Big 5" consulting experience is preferred
