Description
ON24 is seeking a Director of Product to join the product team and help drive the functionality, market share, and revenue goals of our webinar product line.
Reporting to the Executive VP, Product, this person will study the market, becoming a true expert on the space and competition and will use that knowledge to work with the SCRUM team to develop and enhance the ON24 Video product. They will be responsible for evangelizing the product both and driving the go-to-market strategy, while working closely with Product Marketing to help create differentiated materials that will impact revenue. They will be the sole Product Owner, and will work with developers and QA every day to scope, define, and iterate on features and capabilities that drive the best Product-Market fit.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, work well in a team, and will be able to develop, measure, and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives, partnering with the Executive team to drive revenue and results.
Your Skills & Experience
• Product Management – 3+ Years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile teams, working for a SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Delivery – Demonstrated track record of developing / delivering successful products
• Product Marketing – 3+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company
• Product Messaging – develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates ON24 webinar products in the market
• Sales Enablement – Work with Product Marketing to communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and
• Product launch – plan the launch of new products, beta programs, and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan including all communications internally and externally
• Market intelligence – be the expert on ON24 buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to out-maneuver them.
• Self-motivated strategic thinker with proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to interact with sales, marketing, engineering, cross-functional teams and third parties
• Strong communications skills and experience working with company executives and senior management.
