Salesforce is looking for talented, high energy, visionary to lead the specialized sales team for Greater China. This important role is an integral part of the Asia BU leadership team and will be will be responsible for driving hyper-growth for Salesforce's flagship solutions (Service Cloud, Wave Analytics, and App Cloud) in Greater China and Korea.
Responsibilities:
• Provide industry thought leadership in the 3 product areas.
• Develop & execute with the team Go-to-Market Strategies per country for the 3 product areas.
• Provide executive support for key accounts and deals.
• Ongoing management and development of the specialized sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, mentoring and coaching.
• Manage cross functional internal stakeholders (i.e. marketing services & support).
• Account for the business performance, including sales activity, forecasting and business reviews.
• To personally create new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others
• To strategize with account teams to negotiate & close business
• To exceed an annual sales quota
• Work with the industry's best product marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy.
• Evangelize the Internet's radical transformation of the customer service applications market.
• Work with product management to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages.
Required Skills:
• Masters in Business / Bachelor of Science -technology and or business related.
• Minimum or 10 years of software sales experience with a significant portion being within North Asia.
• Extensive experience working in a global and cross-functional organization.
• Strong leadership and team building skills with a minimum of 5 years experience managing sales teams.
• Track record of C-Level engagement and relationships. Broad network throughout Asia (partners and customers).
• Solid understanding of the 3 solution areas (Customer Service, PaaS & Analytics).
• Compelling evangelist.
• Fluency in English required with fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus.
