Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales (Krux Business Unit)
Krux, a Salesforce Company, is offering a compelling opportunity for a Regional Vice President for the Marketer Sales Team. With a proven track record exceeding quota in technology sales and understanding the convergence of ad/marketing tech, you will be guided by our goal of building an organization of intelligent, ambitious, Account Executives committed and passionate about the transformational change a Data Management Platform (DMP) investment can make on large enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
• Supports direct reports (3-5 Account Executives) by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required.
• Ongoing development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new AEs on the Krux sales process, differentiators, and competitive landscape.
• Conduct weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports on strategies to drive closure.
• Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
• Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results.
Qualifications:
• At least 10+ years of enterprise software sales, advertising tech, and/or marketing tech solution selling sales experience as an individual contributor and management role, including sales management experience.
• Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment. Ability and track record of driving business in a strategic manor of demand generation.
• Proven record of success in a high volume transaction sales environment.
• Solid understanding of the application selling/CRM space
• Excellent presentation and listening skills.
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
• Previous experience hiring and training new AEs
• Willingness to travel, highly motived by building a business, and beating goals
