The Experience Strategy team, responsible for designing outstanding cross-channel experiences and delivering them to members across their lifecycle is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to assist with design, development and delivery of cross-channel experiences at key inflection points for members.
Reporting to the Head of Experience Strategy, the Senior Campaign Manager will play a key role as the connection point between Central Growth, Marketing and Digital teams. They will partner closely with the strategy team to design and deliver scalable programs targeting member acquisition, growth, retention and win-back.
For this role, we are looking for a digital native that thrives on digging into data to discover insights and researching the latest digital technologies to design solutions that deliver amazing experiences for our members, while optimizing our behind-the-scenes processes for our team. The Senior Campaign Manager will be accountable for the strategic day-to-day management of campaign operations across a range of programs.
The Senior Campaign Manager will work closely with their cross-functional stakeholders, particularly the Digital and Analytics teams, along with the Experience Strategy Project Managers and Strategists to ideate, design and deliver tactical programs targeting enhanced member experience, and driving incremental business revenue through improved member engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Design and delivery of tactical experience-based programs to drive incremental membership revenue
• Collaborate with digital and experiential strategists to ideate and define cross-channel member experiences
• Discover and identify opportunities for membership experience enhancement and design quick win and longer-term solutions to solve for member needs
• Research latest available technology used to deliver best-in-class experiences
• Deliver insight and intel back to team on program wins, losses and areas for improvement
• Develop close partnerships with cross-functional stakeholder teams to create strong bonds and rapport between teams
