Responsibilities
Overseeing and maintaining vendor management responsibilities for a portfolio of vendor relationships that fall under WeWork Community Sourcing and Procurement's umbrella to include:
• Proactively monitoring and managing the portfolio of Vendors to ensure that they are performing all their contracted responsibilities
• Facilitate and support complex vendor governance and/or performance management situations
• Working with stakeholders to set SLAs and identify the critical data needed to effectively manage the Vendor Serving as the primary point of contact for vendor issues, escalation and remediation
• Acting as primary point of contact for Vendor invoicing Partnering with Procurement to conduct risk assessments and contract negotiations Conducting periodic vendor reviews, to include but not limited to vendor performance, industry trends, new services, etc.
• Supporting other critical requirements including vendor management training, vendor leadership/project management/coaching, and other key priorities
• To include but not limited to dashboards and other reports to meet various reporting needs Maintaining Supplier Diversity and Sustainability reporting, including production dashboards to meet various reporting needs
Qualifications
• Bachelors in Business or Supply Chain required
• 5-10 years of Vendor Management or Procurement experience
• Understanding of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement processes
• Acute attention to detail Strong written, oral and presentation skills Strong analytical or critical thinking skills
• Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Creative thinker with ability to identify process improvements
• Excellent relationship building skills
