As a Report Processing Lead at RSM, you will be responsible for report processing deliverables and coordinate, direct, and supervise Report Processing personnel. Preferred skills:
• One to three years report processing experience
• One to two years relevant supervisor experience
• Previous experience in a professional service environment a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office 2016
• Understanding of Microsoft Word styles and templates
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong grammar and proofreading knowledge and experience
• Experience with AP Stylebook guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as necessary to meet deadlines
• Flexible demeanor, pro-active thinker, positive attitude, maintains confidentiality
• Ability to take direction, follow procedures, and ask appropriate questions
• Complete tasks independently as well as work collaboratively with teams

Responsibilities:
• Edit, proofread, foot and create client deliverables in business documents and contracts using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Check work for completeness, accuracy and formatting for both draft and final deliverables
• Verify deliverables follow AP Stylebook, developed standards and firm brand guide
• Project management of report processing initiatives to include data collection, reporting metrics and analysis
• Collaborate with leadership on process and enhancements
• Serve as a go-to for colleagues on technical, non-technical and procedural questions
• Knowledgeable on policies and procedures
• Lead and participate in team meetings and activities
• Oversee Report Processing personnel and supervise workloads to ensure adequate coverage
• Communicate performance expectations, performance feedback and coaching and development to Report Processing personnel
• Other duties as assigned
